FAQ

All Inclusive Weekly Service: Cleaning filters and vacuuming the bottom is not needed every week on every pool. If there is nothing on the bottom to vacuum up (such as a screened in pool), we will not 'pretend' to vacuum just to impress. We clean the Filters and vacuum the bottom of the pool as needed. This service is not needed every visit especially for enclosed, in-door, or screen enclosed pools.

Refund/Return Policy: We do not provide refunds. If our service tech goes out to the location. It is the client's responsibility to make sure the pool is accessible by the tech. It is also the client's responsibility to ensure that all dogs are contained so that they do not escape or attack our techs. Any parts &/or equipment sales are final. Any warranties are manufacturer warranties only.

Florida Rain, Storms, & Hurricanes: Our techs do not work in the rain / lightening. Water and Lightening never mix. In the event that it is storming / raining, your service date will be rescheduled to the next available date. Our clients are very important to us and so is the safety of our techs. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that excessive rain can cause chemicals to become unbalanced. It is the client's responsibility to maintain the pool between visits. Basic Debris Removal is included with weekly and bi-weekly service and includes leaves, grass, etc. Unusual & Large debris such as tree limbs, trampolines, sofas, etc are not included and falls under our Hurricane/Storm Service.

CHEMICALS INCLUDED: We do NOT do surprise bills. If there is anything to be billed we talk with you first so that you don't get a surprise bill. Some services, such as Weekly All Inclusive Service and Green 2 Clean Service includes basic chemicals. Salt is a mineral, not a chemical and is not included. We provide 1 bag of salt per month as a courtesy for salt pools. If your pool requires more, you will be notified and the salt will be billed. There are other instances where you may be billed for additional chemicals such as in the event of a hurricane and all of the chemicals are washed out from rain or if there is any extenuating circumstance that causes the chemicals to deplete such as a pool deck that is covered in dog or cat feces that then gets washed into the pool by the rain which would use up the chemicals. Another example of why it is imperative to keep your pool deck clean! See a member of management for details.
